That's right. It's finally here. 

I don't know how many of you grew up sincerely loving books, but I sure did. I always had my nose stuck in a book as a kid, but it didn't end there. I also loved writing my own and even illustrating the pictures. In fact, I really can't remember a time when I didn't want to be an author. That dream has changed and morphed over time, it's often taken a backseat to other priorities, but today is the realization of a dream for me.

Truly. And what's even better about it is that the book isn't some misguided attempt to write the next great American novel or something. No, it's actually a book that I believe will help lots of people to achieve their goals and reach a new level in their careers.

I'm proud of that. It's a book I wish I'd had early on in my nonprofit career.
